Busways is seeking a Workshop Supervisor at our Willoughby depot to lead a skilled workshop team in maintaining our fleet to the highest standards. Reporting to the Regional Workshop Manager, you will ensure secure, effective operations and continuous improvement across daily maintenance activities.

You will mentor apprentices and staff, coordinate rosters, and drive WHS compliance while overseeing heavy vehicle inspections and BEB lifecycle efforts.
