At Pieno, we are long established cafe/ casual restaurant in Surry Hills with a lively, local crowd. We are looking for a friendly and reliable Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, the ability to work in a quick-paced setting, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages
Basic coffee knowledge, can be trained
Provide friendly and qualified customer service
Take orders and process payments accurately
Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar
Follow responsible alcohol service and hygiene standards
Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:
Previous bartending experience of 2 years is required




Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
