MicroWay is a well-established software distribution company specialising in industry-leading AI powered eLearning software products. We're expanding our team and looking for a friendly, motivated customer service and administration assistant to join us.

About the Role

You'll work closely with our Sales Support Specialist to provide skilled, effective and friendly customer service on the phone and via email to our customers. Arranging prompt fulfilment and invoicing of customer orders, whilst maintaining accurate records in MYOB and CRM. Contribute positively to the overall performance of the MicroWay team.

What You'll Do
Customer Service via Phone and Email
Invoicing and order fulfilment (electronic only)
Maintain CRM records and reports
Support the Sales and Finance teams
Other office duties as required

What You Need
1 - 2 Years min. experience in office admin and/or customer service
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook




Experience with Invoicing or Ordering
MYOB experience an advantage
High standard of communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail
Tech-savvy — you pick up current software quickly without hand-holding
Consistent punctuality and reliability.

Salary
$65,000 – $80,000 per annum + Superannuation (reflecting experience)

Hours
Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Work from home: Monday, Tuesday, Friday | Office: Wednesday & Thursday (Braeside)
