We are seeking an experienced practice manager for our two medical centre in West End and Toowong. This is a full time permanent position .

Minimum 2 years previous experience in a management role in a GP clinic is essential. Demonstrated history of being proactive, able to get things done (or delegate) with minimal supervision, and ability to grow a business. Experience in Best Practice, HotDoc and AGPAL accreditation is essential.

Experience required:
High level of knowledge regarding Medicare and general practice patient billing systems and codes
Robust communication and patient focus
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent computer skills
A positive and professional attitude to engage a whole team approach




Knowledge of Medicare processes and applications
Valuable interpersonal skills in Leadership
IT skill in Best Practice and MYOB or ZERO
Experience in managing practice accreditation
Ability to develop quality working relationships
Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills
