About the role

Premed Senior College is a newly registered independent school offering Pre-SACE and SACE Stage 1 & 2 programs. We are seeking a visionary and experienced Principal to lead the school through its establishment phase and guide its long-term development. This full time (or part-time) position commences Term 1, 2027 or earlier by negotiation.

What you will be doing
Providing strategic leadership to build the school’s academic and operational foundations
Leading curriculum implementation across Pre-SACE and SACE faculties
Recruiting, mentoring and managing a growing teaching team
Fostering a positive, inclusive and high-performance school culture
Ensuring compliance with ESB, SACE and all relevant education standards
Engaging with parents and stakeholders to build solid school-community partnerships

What we are looking for
Proven experience as a Principal or senior educational leader
3–5 years of leadership experience, ideally with school establishment or improvement




Strong knowledge of SACE curriculum and contemporary pedagogy
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
Commitment to innovation, student wellbeing and continuous improvement
SA teacher registration
