Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations
Process payroll and employee expense claims
Prepare and assist with BAS/IAS reporting




Maintain general ledger and financial records
Generate financial reports for management review
Monitor hospital billing and revenue tracking
Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and healthcare regulations
Support audits and financial reviews Requirements
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accounts Officer
Experience in hospital, healthcare, or medical industry preferred
Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
Strong knowledge of BAS, payroll, and GST compliance
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
High attention to detail and solid numerical accuracy
Relevant accounting qualification or certification preferred
