Downer is seeking a Technical Manager to lead two NATA-accredited laboratories in Gosnells and Hope Valley, WA. You will drive process control, ensure spec-compliant mixes, and grow testing revenue while shaping an in-house capability for cost efficiency and quality assurance.

You’ll own lab operations, QA systems, and a forward-looking R&D; and sustainability agenda, reporting to the Production Manager and mentoring supervisors.
