About the Role
Love leading teams and making things happen behind the scenes?
As an Assistant Manufacturing Manager, you'll support the day-to-day running of our manufacturing operation while helping to create a safe, productive and engaging setting for our people.
Working closely with the Manufacturing Manager, you'll play an significant role in delivering quality products, supporting team development and driving operational success.
What are you responsible for?
Supporting the daily operation of the manufacturing facility
Leading, coaching and developing Team Members and Team Leaders
Ensuring safety, quality and food safety standards are maintained
Assisting with labour planning and workforce management
Monitoring production performance and supporting operational improvementsCoordinating training and capability development initiatives
Supporting inventory management and production planning activities
Helping create a positive and high-performing team culture

Previous leadership, supervisory or team coaching experience will be highly regarded
Experience in manufacturing, food production, warehousing or another rapid-paced operational workplace is advantageous
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to lead from the front
Strong communication and organisational skills
