Merchandiser / Sales Support

McIntosh & Son, Wongan Hills are seeking a Merchandiser / Sales Support to join the team.

Reporting to the Parts Manager, we are looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated person with an eye for detail, who is friendly, systematic and organised.

Key responsibilities
Receiving and checking the arrival of inventory supplies, freight forwarders and local suppliers
Safely operate and conduct vehicle checks of the company delivery vehicle
Delivery of parts to internal and external customers providing exceptional customer service
Maintain all delivery documentation
Picking and packing orders for despatch, using the appropriate computer operating system
Recording product quality issues
Participating in stocktakes
General Warehouse duties

About you
Excellent communication skills, customer service skills and a positive attitude
Previous experience in a medium warehouse workplace is desirable
You understand the benefits of safety and like to work in a protected manner at all times




Ability to prioritise competing demands and maintain a sense of urgency
High accuracy and low error rates in counting, recording and data entry of parts information
Current and driver's licence – C Class Manual (essential)
