About Us
Our client is a well-established supplier of industrial equipment and manufacturing solutions, supporting customers across a wide range of industries throughout Australia. They are seeking a customer-focused Internal Sales Coordinator to join their team on an initial contract basis, with a strong possibility of permanent employment for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Internal Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting customers and managing day-to-day sales administration activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and sales support experience who enjoys working in a rapid-paced workplace.
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
Provide product information, pricing,
stock availability and lead time updates
Prepare quotations and accurately process customer orders
Follow up on outstanding orders and customer requests
Assist with customer complaints, returns and credit enquiries
Support warehouse operations with order checking, packing and dispatch activities as required
Assist with light assembly and packaging of products to meet operational requirements
Maintain accurate records and provide high-quality customer service
Your Profile
Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, sales support or order processing
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude
Warehouse or inventory exposure will be highly regarded
