Site Supervisor – Major Data Centre Project Our client is a highly regarded Australian Tier 2 builder delivering complex projects across the data centre, health, education, commercial and social infrastructure sectors. The business has an established reputation for quality project delivery and long-standing client relationships.

Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, they are hiring Site Supervisors to join their team on a major data centre project in Western Sydney.

They will also consider experienced Leading Hands looking to take the next step into a Supervisor role.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities across assigned areas of the project
Manage subcontractors and trades to ensure works are delivered safely and to programme
Monitor construction progress, quality and compliance with project specifications
Coordinate materials, labour and site resources to maintain programme requirements
Identify and resolve site issues, working closely with the Site Manager and project team
Maintain high standards of safety, site organisation and workmanship

About You:




Experience as a Site Supervisor or strong Leading Hand with a head contractor in Australia
Background delivering commercial, residential, industrial, data centre or other major construction projects
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, site coordination and sequencing
Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades on site
Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
Relevant trade qualifications and a robust commitment to site safety
