Site Supervisor – Major Construction Project

Western Sydney | Contract Prospect

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a major construction project in Western Sydney.

This is a contract opportunity suited to a hands-on Supervisor with experience coordinating trades and managing day-to-day site activities across large-scale commercial or industrial projects.

Key responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on site
Manage subcontractors, trades and site personnel to ensure works are completed efficiently
Coordinate construction sequencing and activities in line with the project programme
Monitor progress, productivity and quality of works
Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Coordinate materials, deliveries and site logistics
Identify and resolve day-to-day construction issues to minimise delays
Work closely with the Site Manager and wider project team
Maintain a strong focus on WHS,



quality control and site compliance

We are looking for someone with:
Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Finishes Supervisor, Structures Foreman or in a similar supervisory role
Experience across major commercial, industrial or infrastructure projects
Strong subcontractor coordination and trade management skills
The ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
A sound understanding of construction methodology, sequencing and programme requirements
Robust leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
A proactive, hands-on approach to site management
Experience working on data centre projects highly regarded
