Our client Fruitopia Mount Druitt is looking to fulfil a position of a Shop Manager immediately at their Mount Druitt NSW 2770 location.

The successful candidate will be undertaking the following duties and responsibilities:
Determine and manage Fruitopia’s product range, inventory requirements, and customer service standards to ensure productive retail operations and meet customer demand.
Develop and implement purchasing strategies, marketing initiatives, and competitive pricing policies to maximise sales, maintain profitability, and support business growth.
Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, in-store advertising, and product displays to attract customers and increase awareness of Fruitopia’s products and services.
Oversee retail sales activities, assist customers with product enquiries, and provide advice on product selection, quality, storage, and appropriate use.




Maintain accurate records of stock movements, inventory levels, sales transactions, and financial activities to support effective business management.
Prepare and manage store budgets, monitor operational expenses, review sales performance, and implement cost-control measures to improve profitability.
Manage employee recruitment, selection, training, rostering, and supervision to maintain staff productivity, operational efficiency, and high customer service standards.
Ensure the store complies with relevant occupational health and safety regulations, food safety requirements, hygiene standards, and workplace policies.
