Transport for NSW is seeking a Supervisor Ferry Operations to lead the secure, reliable delivery of ferry services across NSW crossings. The role is in office and may require travel between locations, including Windsor, to provide oversight and leadership.
You will manage four Supervisors and a workforce of about 85, foster a solid safety culture, oversee incidents and disruptions, oversee rostering, and coordinate with maintenance and other managers to meet service delivery objectives.
