Poultry our primary objective is to provide our customers with the highest quality products and excellent service.

An opportunity has become available for an experienced person to join our large successful Company as a Tele Sales at our Wingfield Facility. Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be required to utilise your administration and people skills on all day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Making high volume outgoing calls – Contacting existing Customers for their orders
Providing information and upselling on products to customer orders
Assisting with customer enquiries




Data entry – Keying Customer orders
Some Reception duties - taking in bound calls
Other admin duties as required

Critical skills and experience required:
Previous Tele Sales experience
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Confident and positive phone manner
Ability to meet deadlines
Computer literate with accurate data entry skills
Attention to detail
Solid organisational and administration skills

Monday to Friday - Full time hours, through agency. Please note:Due to our strict biosecurity requirements, you must not have anybirds, pigs or poultryat home and be willing to maintain our quarantine policy and procedures.

A pre-employment medical, as well as a national criminal record check may be required as part of our recruitment process.
