Donator is building the world’s hub for donations: one platform for chairites, emergency disaster response, volunterring and eventually crowdfunding and charity lotteries. 100% of every donation reaches the charity. We earn from optional tips and charity subscriptions.

The groundwork is laid. Every major launch feature is specced, and the core architecture is designed: money ledger, jurisdiction engine, charity trust data and event bus. A prototype is finished and a backlog is ready. Now we need someone to own the build, growing as we grow and managing a small team of outsourced devs.

Build and lead the engineering team

You are:
A senior full-stack engineer who's shipped systems that move money

Solid in Next.js and TypeScript, ideally with Stripe Connect or compliance-heavy experience
Fluent with AI coding tools, and rigorous enough never to "disable it to ship it"
Motivated by making giving work better
