They're looking for a Senior Consultant who can own a workstream, lead a small team and stand in front of a client with confidence.

What you'll do:

Reporting to the Partner leading the practice, you'll run your part of each engagement from scoping through to implementation:
Develop technology strategies, roadmaps and governance frameworks
Design operating models, processes and business cases
Lead programs, PMOs and delivery activity
Break down complex problems, build the analytical approach and turn evidence into transparent recommendations
Guide and coach consultants and graduates, and review their work

What you bring
Experience in advisory, qualified services, or IT leading technology, digital or transformation engagements
Structured problem-solving: issue trees, hypotheses, frameworks, and the judgement to know when to use something different
Strong stakeholder skills. You build trust, read the room and handle concerns diplomatically
AI or Automation experience is highly regarded
Broad consulting capability is highly regarded
