About Parent Thread
Parent Thread is a community-based nonprofit creating opportunities for parents and families to connect, build friendships and feel a sense of belonging.
We run a range of welcoming, inclusive programs and events across Geelong, the Bellarine and Surf Coast, and we're looking for a volunteer photographer to help us capture the moments that make our community special.
About the opportunity
We're looking for someone who enjoys photography and would love to use their skills to make a positive difference in the community.
You would help us capture natural, candid photos at occasional Parent Thread events, showcasing connection, friendship and community.
This is a flexible prospect, with no expectation to attend every event. We'd work around your availability and interests.
What we're looking for
An interest in photography (enthusiastic beginners and students welcome!)
A friendly, approachable manner
An ability to capture natural, authentic moments
A willingness to follow our photography consent and child safety processes
Your own camera or suitable photography equipment
