Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and improve CMDB health, data accuracy, and governance.
Configure and support Discovery, Service Mapping, MID Servers, ACC, and cloud integrations.
Manage CMDB integrations, IRE rules, Service Graph Connectors, and data imports.
Monitor and remediate data quality, reconciliation, and CI lifecycle issues.
Support Software and Hardware Asset Management processes and reporting.
Preferred Experience:
5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with robust expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management.
Experience with AWS, CyberArk, and enterprise-scale CMDB settings.
