We are looking for reliable and professional Casual Security Officers to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining a secure setting while delivering a high standard of customer service and support.
Location: Eastern Suburbs – Eastgardens, NSW
Pay rate: Security Services Award Level 2
Shifts available: Weekday and weekend shifts | Day and night shifts
About the Role
As a Security Officer, you will be the first point of contact for safety and security on site. You will provide a professional security presence while supporting clients, staff and visitors.
Your responsibilities will include
Conducting regular patrols to ensure the safety of people, property and assets
Providing a skilled and approachable security presence
Responding to incidents,
alarms, emergencies and requests for assistance
Identifying potential risks and taking appropriate action
Following site procedures, security protocols and safety requirements
Completing incident reports and maintaining accurate records
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
A valid Security Licence
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Previous security experience (retail security experience highly regarded)
Availability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekdays and weekends
Strong communication and customer service skills
The ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
Valuable attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures
A reliable and punctual work history
