Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a solid industrial and logistics background to join our Project & Development Services team.
Combining project delivery, client relationship management and business development, this role suits a commercially minded leader who can build trust with clients, lead multidisciplinary teams and identify new opportunities.
What you’ll be doing
Lead industrial and logistics projects from initial briefing and feasibility through design, procurement, construction and handover.
Manage project scope, budgets, programmes, quality and risk.
Coordinate consultants, contractors and stakeholders to achieve agreed project outcomes.
Act as a key client contact, providing explicit advice and managing expectations throughout delivery.
Develop and maintain relationships across the industrial and logistics sector.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposals, pitches and securing current work.
Lead and mentor project team members.
About you
A minimum of 10 years’ project management experience,
including substantial experience delivering industrial and logistics projects.
Industrial and logistics project experience is essential.
A strong industry network and the ability to develop client relationships and generate business opportunities.
Demonstrated success managing complex construction and property projects.
Confident communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
A natural leadership style, with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management, construction, engineering, property or a related discipline.
Australian citizenship is essential for this role.
