JK Farmers Market is looking for an experienced, hands-on Team Leader to help run our Hackham store.
If you enjoy leading a team, working with fresh produce and delivering great customer service, we’d love to hear from you!
Working days: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Your responsibilities:
Lead the team and support daily store operations.
Maintain attractive produce displays and keep shelves stocked.
Check produce quality, rotate stock and minimise waste.
Assist customers and oversee checkout operations.
Organise daily staff duties and assist with rosters.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe store.
What we’re looking for:
Previous retail team leadership or supervisory experience is essential.
A current, valid driver’s licence is essential.
Availability to work Wednesday, Friday,
Saturday and Sunday is essential.
Fruit and vegetable or supermarket experience is highly regarded.
Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills.
A reliable, hands-on approach and ability to work in a busy workplace.
