Otis Elevator Company Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking an Otisline Contact Centre Representative to join the Otisline team. You will handle inbound calls, dispatch service requests to technicians, and perform related admin tasks in a quick-paced setting.

The role is Monday to Friday with evening shifts, a 12-month fixed-term contract, and reports to the Otisline Manager. You will use SMS, Word and Excel to document calls, generate reports, and support branch operations.
