Your Role Includes
Welcoming and assisting customers at reception
Delivering amazing customer service
Helping guests check in and manage bookings
Assisting with party hosting and guest experiences
Keep safety of guest by being vigilant on the arena and games
Supporting the team to create a fun and secure environment

Ability to work weekends and busy periods
