We are currently seeking a Production Team Member to join our high-performing, quality-accredited manufacturing team. Your Role

As a Production Team Member, you will play a key role in assembling, testing, inspecting, and servicing our groundbreaking medical devices. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, a team-first mindset, and a strong commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities
Assemble components into sub-assemblies and finished products
Inspect, test, and pack products within defined timelines
Conduct basic repairs and perform service work on returned devices
Handle materials and move products through production stages
Assist with final product release and non-conformance investigations
Maintain accurate documentation,



including line clearance, torque and ESD testing
Comply with all Quality, Safety, and ISO13485/FDA QSR requirements
Uphold cleanliness and order in line with 5S guidelines
Participate in audits and collaborate across departments

What You’ll Bring Skills & Experience:
Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or repair—ideally within a regulated workplace (GMP preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines
Manual dexterity and ability to handle small components and tools
Experience with or understanding of OH&S; standards in manufacturing

Education & Qualifications:
Secondary education required
Trade qualification in manufacturing or electronics (preferred but not essential)
