APG Workforce are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join a leading seafood packaging facility and value-added processing site based in Morningside, Brisbane. This is an excellent prospect for a hands-on leader with food manufacturing experience who thrives in a rapid-paced production environment and is passionate about driving safety, quality, and team performance.

About the Role: Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating daily production activities, leading production teams, and ensuring operational targets are achieved across the packaging and value-added processing areas.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise daily production operations
Ensure production schedules and customer requirements are met
Drive safety, quality, GMP and food safety standards across the site
Lead, train and motivate a large, multicultural workforce
Monitor labour utilisation, productivity and operational efficiency
Support workforce planning, including rostering and managing absenteeism




Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth production flow
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives

About You To be successful, you will have:
Previous experience as a Production Supervisor or Team Leader within food manufacturing
Minimum 3 years' leadership experience in a processing or manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP and WHS requirements
Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced production setting
Excellent communication and people management skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
