Responsibilities include:
Track, monitor and respond to compliance risks identified via P&C; reports and process controls
Deliver advice and guidance to the P&C; Business Partnering Team and other client areas
Monitor inbox and triage queries
Develop, maintain and apply expertise in relation to Enterprise Agreements
Assist with ongoing compliance initiatives across the University
Contribute to policy, procedures and guidelines in line with governance
Requirements include: tertiary qualification; experience analysing data or HR metrics; advanced computer literacy with PowerBI, HR systems
