Key Responsibilities:
Oversee complete project delivery from site setup through to handover
Guide project teams, contracts administrators and site supervisors
Control project budgets, cost forecasts and executive financial reports




Lead head contract procurement and key sub-contractor lettings
Maintain high standards for safety, site quality and compliance
Coordinate between internal development leads, consultants and authorities

What You'll Bring:
Background as a Senior Project Manager on large commercial builds
Prior experience working with tier 1/ tier 2 builders or developer-builders
Solid technical knowledge of structural, facade and finishing packages
Robust skills in contract negotiation and overall financial management
Comprehensive understanding of local WA building regulations and NCC standards
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
