Maintenance Plumbers & 4th Year Apprentices Wanted

Full-time | Melbourne | RJL A Group RJL A Group is looking for experienced maintenance plumbers and motivated fourth-year plumbing apprentices to join our growing team, servicing residential and rental properties across Melbourne.

About the Role

You’ll work across a variety of residential and rental properties, with duties including:
General plumbing maintenance
Leak detection and repairs
Hot water system repairs and replacements




Diagnosing plumbing faults and providing practical solutions
Rental minimum standards checks
Gas safety checks

Registered plumbers will carry out work within their registration and experience. Fourth-year apprentices will work under appropriate supervision, with opportunities to develop their skills. You’ll take pride in completing work to a high standard, communicating clearly with customers and representing RJL A Group professionally.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:
Current Victorian plumbing registration, or currently completing the fourth year of a plumbing apprenticeship
A current Victorian driver licence
Relevant maintenance plumbing experience
Positive fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Experience using Tradify or similar job management software, with the ability to prepare clear and accurate job reports.
Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to manage your time and stay on task without constant supervision.
