The Shopfront Youth Legal Centre and the Justice and Equity Centre in Sydney offer a structured two-year graduate program. In phase one, you will work part time as a paralegal while pursuing admission as a lawyer in NSW, supported by the program.

Phase two moves you to full time solicitor work on criminal law casework and strategic litigation. Suitable candidates will have completed or be completing an LLB or JD in Australia by 2026/2027 and show a robust commitment to social justice, with
