MAK Diesel & Earthmoving is looking for a driven individual to join our Mt Isa branch as a Parts Interpreter/Service Admin. This is a full time Monday to Friday position with availability for immediate start.

This role’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Parts interpreting.
Stock control.
Provide high-level customer service to customers.
Counter & phone parts sales.
Sourcing and dispatching orders.
Preparing customer Quotes and Invoices.
Customer/branch support duties.
Provide Administration support.
General data entry.

The ideal candidate for this role will:
Possess a current driver’s license.
Exhibit excellent communication and organisational skills.
Have an enthusiastic attitude and an interest in the Construction Machinery & Transport Vehicle industries.
Previous experience with either a Parts Interpreter or Administration would be an advantage.
Be customer-focused and results driven.
Exceptional customer support skills, a friendly manner and willingness to help.
Superior attention to detail.
Ability to work closely within a team workplace.
