Qualifications & experience
The ideal candidate will have qualifications and/or experience in a relevant field
NSW Driver's License (P2 Minimum)
Availability to work morning shifts, evening shifts, sleepover shifts, and weekends.
Demonstrated capacity to support Participants who may engage in behaviours of concern, utilising a positive and proactive approach.
Candidates who have experience implementing complex Behaviour Support Plans are encouraged to apply.
Willing to obtain relevant pre-employment checks (e.g. NDIS Worker Check).
Tasks & responsibilities
Deliver person-centered support to Participants in a Supported Independent Living setting
Deliver person-centered support to Participants in a Short-Term Accommodation setting
Support Participants in their homes with daily tasks, personal care, and medication administration
Support Participants to participate in their local communities and engage in meaningful recreational activities
Build enduring and positive relationships with our Participants
