Core Duties and Responsibilities

Picking Items

Locate products according to pick lists or RF scanner instructions.

Verify correct SKU, size, colour, quantity, and lot number.

Follow optimized picking routes to reduce time and errors.

Packing Orders

Use appropriate packaging materials (boxes, bubble wrap, foam, envelopes).

Protect fragile or sensitive items using proper cushioning techniques.

Label packages clearly and include required documents (receipts, inserts).

Quality Control

Inspect items for damage, defects, or expiry dates.

Labour intense on some days.

Report and isolate damaged or incorrect stock.
