Executive Assistant Opportunities – Healthcare Sector - Must be immediately available!
We are seeking adaptable, high-performing Executive Assistants to join a prominent public healthcare provider in Melbourne's Western Suburbs. We currently have two temporary contract roles available to support Senior Executives and Medical Leadership:
Role 1: EA to Chief Medical Officer (Full time)
Duration: 3-Month Contract (Immediate Start)
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday (8:00 AM starts)
Pay Rate: $45.00 per hour + Superannuation
Location: Melbourne / Western Suburbs, VIC
Role 2: EA to 3 x Directors (Part time)
Duration: 1-Month Contract (Immediate Start)
Hours: 4 days per week
Pay Rate: $45.00 per hour + Superannuation
Location: Melbourne / Western Suburbs, VIC
Role Overview & Responsibilities: Ideal for candidates seeking adaptable, short-term assignments. You will step in to provide immediate, high-quality administrative relief across executive divisions.
Provide immediate workflow relief and administrative cover for senior leaders.
Manage incoming communications, diary bookings, and priority correspondence.
Prepare meeting documentation,
compile reports, and manage electronic filing.
Maintain seamless day-to-day operations during short-term workload peaks or planned absences.
Key Selection Criteria (Both Roles)
Experience: Proven track record as an Executive Assistant or Executive Officer within a large, complex organisation (healthcare sector experience is highly regarded).
Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and electronic workflow management systems.
Attributes: High-level organizational skills, strict attention to detail, discretion with confidential matters, and the ability to operate under pressure with minimal direction.
Qualifications: Relevant business qualification or equivalent professional experience.
