This is a wide-ranging role working closely with Directors, Project Manager and construction team. You will be involved across different areas of the business and play an important part in keeping projects, systems and administration running smoothly. The role will initially be approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility around how those hours are structured. As the business grows, we expect the role and hours to grow with it.
Key responsibilities
Entering supplier and subcontractor invoices into Buildertrend and Xero
Accounts and general administration
Updating Buildertrend, CRM records and project documentation
Maintaining subcontractor, WHS and compliance records
Monitoring the company email inbox
Supporting client administration, systems and procedures
General office support and occasional site visits to capture social media content
About you
Organised, reliable,
proactive and confident communicating with clients, trades and suppliers
Previous construction or administration experience highly regarded, but not essential
Open to someone returning to the workforce who can bring transferable skills from areas such as marketing, graphic design, customer service, accounts or coordination
Experience with Xero, Buildertrend or another construction Job Management System highly regarded, but not essential
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle required
