We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at QCC Hospitality Supplies in Bundall, Queensland. As a casual employee, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our retail store.
What you'll be doing
Greet and assist customers in a warm and welcoming manner
Provide knowledgeable advice on our range of hospitality supplies
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain a neat and organised store workplace
Restock shelves and ensure product displays are visually appealing
Perform other general retail duties as required
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a retail or hospitality role
Minimum of 1+ years' experience in retail or hospitality service is required
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent product knowledge and a keen interest in the hospitality industry
Existing knowledge of hospitality products is required at application
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Availability to work a versatile schedule, including Saturdays
Weekend availability is required
