We’re looking for a Café Barista for a casual/temporary hours role across multiple locations in Heathmont and Glen Waverley. This opportunity has the potential to lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.

Requirements for this role:
2–3 years of relevant work experience required
Casual/temporary hours with potential for a permanent role
Available to work:
Mon to Sun: Morning and Afternoon shifts
Immediate start required
Valid working rights in Australia

Job Summary:
Employment across multiple locations: Heathmont & Glen Waverley
Casual/temporary hours with the possibility of permanent employment
Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service, take orders,



and process payments
Prepare high-quality coffee (espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, etc.)
Keep the café clean and organized (tables, counters, and common areas)
Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations
Follow all health and safety guidelines
Serve food and beverages with a friendly, professional attitude
Manage tables efficiently and handle transactions accurately

Requirements:
Previous experience in a café or hospitality setting is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Reliable, adaptable, and available to work both Heathmont and Glen Waverley locations
A genuine passion for coffee, food, and customer experience
