5GN Group is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage client IT settings and internal tooling like RMM, ensuring reliability, security and efficiency. You’ll be part of the Sysadmin team reporting to the Technical Team Leader, with mostly behind-the-scenes work and occasional client contact.
Responsibilities include incident resolution, patching, backups, monitoring, changes, and documentation, while providing explicit technical guidance and automating repetitive tasks.
