Synergie Australia, a leading recruitment partner, is seeking a Customer Service Manager for Campbelltown. This hands-on leadership role manages a six-person team in a busy, high-volume workplace, processing about 100 orders per day.

You will lead customer service operations, develop staff, and foster robust relationships with customers, sales, warehouse and transport teams, with some after-hours availability, in a permanent full time arrangement.
