Modus Operandi Brewing Co. in Mona Vale, NSW, is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead daily bar operations and deliver outstanding service.

You will train staff, manage inventory, ensure safety compliance, and develop promotional activities to grow bar sales. Weekend availability is required, including Fridays, with 15–20 hours per week. RSA certification is essential.
