We are seeking an experience and reliable Accounts All-Rounder to join our team in Narrabeen.

This is a hands-on role suited to an experience finance professional who is confident managing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and end-to-end payroll. In this role you will work closely with the Finance Manager to provide accurate and timely financial reporting and assist in the day-to-day accounting functions.

Key responsibilities:
Manage end to end payroll processing
Manage accounts payable
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Support at Home administration - opening packages and setting up funding
Support at Home supplier registration
Support at Home supplier payments
Manage Accounts Receivable invoicing
Assist with general accounting and administration duties as required





About you:
Minimum 5 years payroll experience
Proven experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Solid organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Xero highly regarded
Strong Excel skills
A willingness and positive attitude to learn all aspects of the organisations accounting function
Solid problem-solving skills, able to challenge the status quo, and present alternative solutions/form conclusions
