CleanCo Queensland is seeking a People & Culture Operations Specialist to manage SuccessFactors, drive HRIS improvements, and oversee employee lifecycle processes. You’ll balance hands-on delivery with oversight, coordinating with external vendors when needed and supporting changes driven by current Enterprise Agreements.
You’ll operate in Brisbane with a three-day office, two-day home hybrid mode and bring solid collaboration, communication and leadership to the team.
