Australian Venue Co. is seeking a motivated Duty Manager for Reef Gateway Hotel in Airlie Beach. This hands-on leadership role involves leading shifts, developing your team, and gaining exposure to all aspects of venue operations.

You will work closely with the Venue Manager, ensuring excellent guest experiences, with RSA, RSG, approved manager licence and CLO (or willingness) required. Nights and weekends work, with robust team culture and career growth prospects.
