Veolia Environmental Services is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to join our Frontline team in Wetherill Park, NSW on a full time permanent basis. You will be the first point of contact for our Waste customers, handling a high volume of phone calls and emails while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will respond to inquiries, resolve issues related to waste management, and maintain CRM records.
