Uniting Early Learning QLD in The Gap is seeking a Permanent Part time leader to balance hands-on room leadership with service-wide educational and operational duties. You will support the Centre Director as Second in Command (2IC), act as the Responsible Person, and step in during the Director's absence.
You will mentor educators, foster secure, inclusive learning settings, manage rostering, enrolments and family communications, and ensure NQF compliance.
