What You'll Do
Design challenging, high-quality chemistry problems to test and stress AI model performance across domains such as organic chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, and physical chemistry
Develop transparent, rigorous step-by-step solutions that demonstrate expert-level reasoning
Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, logical consistency, and depth of reasoning
Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Master's-level chemistry content
Provide structured,
actionable feedback that directly improves AI model quality
Who You Are
Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree (or higher) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
Able to explain complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
No prior AI experience required — we'll provide everything you need to get started
Nice to Have
Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or academic research
Familiarity with AI tools or large language models
Background spanning multiple chemistry subfields
