RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver warm, skilled front-of-house service to clients and guests
Support the coordination and execution of internal and client-facing events
Provide administrative support to the Events team
Liaise with executives and stakeholders across the business
Assist with room bookings, guest arrivals, catering and AV setup
Maintain an immaculate presentation of concierge and event spaces
Assist daily F&B; services for tea/ coffee service
Manage internal booking system for daily meetings and events
Provide administrative support to the Events team

REQUIREMENTS
Previous events or hospitality experience within a premium or 5-star setting
A naturally warm, friendly and service-driven personality – attitude is key
Polished presentation and a professional demeanour
Excellent time management and ability to multitask
Confident working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Robust communication skills, especially when engaging with senior executives
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
