Haven Property is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to support a residential sales agent on the Sunshine Coast. The role covers listing coordination, marketing, client care and sales documentation, with a focus on accuracy and proactive service.

You will manage CRMs, vendor relations and advertising across portals, ensuring timely reporting and compliant documentation. Monday to Friday, full time, in office in Coolum Beach.
