Bluefin Resources Pty is seeking a Senior Support Engineer to own hands-on L2/L3 IT support in a quick-paced setting in Sydney. You will solve complex issues, support senior stakeholders and act as a tech lead for the team.

The role focuses on delivering 3rd line support across Windows and macOS, plus management of Google Workspace, Entra ID, Intune and Jamf. You will mentor junior staff and contribute to a first-class customer experience.
