Blenners Transport is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Administration Supervisor to join our Brisbane depot team. In this key role, you will be responsible for the day to day management and leadership of the Brisbane Administration/Customer Service Team (consisting of 15 team members). You will also ensure the Brisbane Administrative and Customer Service functions are efficiently maintained and appropriately structured to provide a consistently high level of Operational and Customer support.

The successful applicant will be customer focused (external and internal) and have at least 5 years experience in a similar role within the transport industry.

Key to your success in the role will include:
Proven leadership skills of diverse teams within the transport industry
Certificate or Diploma in Leadership and/or Management (highly desirable)
Sound knowledge of transport and distribution of produce and other multi temperature food products




Knowledge of Food Safety Principles including HACCP
Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
Effective communication skills both verbally and written at all levels
Experience using Translogix, 2IC, MyChep & Loscam Online would be advantageous
Good computer skills and knowledge
